Adição de sensor de temperatura AM2302. Alteração do circuito de segurança.

Foi implementado o uso de um sensor de temperatura. Além disto foram realizadas revisões de lógica e eletrônica no circuito de proteção de sobrecorrente.

Alterações:
- Adição do AM2302
- Alteração no nome da pasta de bilbiotecas 'aic_lib'->sym
- Revisão da numeração dos componentes
- Revisada a eletrônica de segurança de sobrecorrente.
